• Casa Livingston name origin came when the Owners, almost by chance, dedided to start this long journey named "Livingston Project" from  "Jonathan Livingston Seagull" Novel, the famous Seagull from Richard Bach Best Seller , always represented the symbol of freedom, and that project... this house is the symbol of freedom to Guido Roberta & Lorenzo.

• One of the pillar inside the house is a Takamaka tree, .

• Most of the Furinture comes from South Africa, Country where the owners lived for a period of their lifetime.

• Some of the objects, equipment and furniture "travelled" around 3 different Continents  , Africa, Europe and US

• The Veranda and Lounge  wooden floor come from Bali,  Indonesia, and it's the result of a Famous Seychelloise Constructor mistake. He bought a quantity equivalent to double the Sqm he needed to build a resort in Praslin. The owner of Casa Livingston made a good deal, fetching the wood personally with a bounce of workers. He loves to remember that he slept open-air on the wood for a couple of weeks,  to avoid any stealing during the first year of consturction of the house.

• The room names "Maya", "Inka" and  "Bartok" , are the  the Cats' names of the owners
